Our fees are paid by instalments as your visa application proceeds.
As Registered Migration Agents, members of the Migration Institute of Australia and Law Society of NSW, we must hold your money in our client account until the work has been completed in accordance with our fee agreement. If you are unable to continue after you have paid a deposit, we will only charge you for the work that we have done to that point and refund you the balance.
*Fees paid for Preliminary Email Advice and Initial Consultation will go towards your visa application if you proceed with the case.
