Registered Migration Agent (M.A.R.N 9906163) with the Migration Agents Registration Authority of the Australian Government.
Mr. Halligan also conducts Australian Education and Visa Services as a specialised division of his practice. Mr. Halligan has practised as a specialist migration agent for over 25 years. He has assisted clients from all parts of
the world with a wide range of temporary and permanent visas with a high
rate of success in Appeal and Review Proceedings.
Qualifications
Mr. Halligan is a Registered Migration Agent and was granted a Diploma
in
Law by the Supreme Court on 15th May 1981.
Mr. Halligan is a Registered Taxation Agent and
an Associate of The Australian Institute of Management. He was appointed
an Accredited Business Migration Agent by the Department of Immigration
in 1989 and was a foundation
member (n.º 10) of the Migration Institute of Australia.
